Straight through traffic on the same road goes first

Turning is leaving the straight through road. This usually amounts to turning right or left at a junction. When turning, you must give way to all road users going straight ahead on the same road. This includes pedestrians, cyclists, moped riders, and horse riders. This also applies when straight through traffic is on an adjacent road, cycle path, or pavement.

In this situation, the yellow car is allowed to go first as it is going straight on the same road.

In this situation, the blue car should let the pedestrian and the cyclist go first, because the pedestrian and the cyclist are going straight on the same road as the car.

The blue car has to let the pedestrian go first, because the pedestrian is going straight on the same road as the car.

If the blue car wants to turn right, left or straight ahead, it does not have to let pedestrian A pass. The pedestrian is going straight, but not on the same road as the blue car. It does not matter if there are traffic signs that regulate the right of way.
If the blue car wants to turn left, it does have to give way to pedestrian B, since the pedestrian is going straight on the same road as the car.
