Register for our video course.

You can only register for our video course through this website.
Your registration is only final once we have received your payment. Your account will be activated immediately after we receive your payment. The 2-day, 1-week, 2-week, 4-week, 8-week, or 12-week courses begin immediately after we receive your payment. For example, if you order a 2-day video theory course on Sunday at 10:00 PM, you will have access until Tuesday at 10:00 PM.

Register for private lessons.

You can only register for a private lesson through the website. The date of the private lesson is always determined in consultation with us.

Changing the course date by yourself.

You can change the date of your private lesson. Please get in touch with us if you wish to do so.
A private lesson can be postponed for a maximum of 1 month. We reserve the right to temporarily or completely block access to the video course during the postponement period.

Cancelling a private lesson.

You can only cancel a private lesson by email.
You can cancel a theory course up to 5 business days before the start of the private lesson. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days!
In this case, we will charge a €25 cancellation fee. The cost of the video course will also be charged.
We will refund you within 20 business days.

If you cancel the private lesson within five business days before the start of the course, we will charge a €50 administration fee.

The cost of the video course will also be charged.
We will refund you within 20 business days.

Cancelling a video course.

You can only cancel a video course by email.
You can cancel a video course within 30 minutes of paying for the course. If you have watched at least one video or taken one practice exam, you cannot cancel the video course.

In this case, we will charge a €25 cancellation fee.

Sharing your account is not permitted.

It is not permitted for multiple people to use a single account.
As soon as you log in to our website, a cookie is placed on your computer. If someone else logs into your account with a different IP address, both people will be automatically logged out.
We will be notified of this. If we notice that your account is regularly shared with someone else, we will block all IP addresses except the IP address used to order the video course. If people continue to log in simultaneously with different IP addresses, our service is being abused, and access to the video course will be denied. No refunds will be given in this case.

Private Lesson Terms and Conditions.

For every hour of private lessons you order, you will receive one week of free access to the video course. If you do not schedule a private lesson within this week, your entitlement to the private lesson will expire. Your access to the video course will then be automatically extended to one month. The price for one hour of private lessons is exactly the same as the price for one month of access to the video course.
