Cargo moped

Cargo mopeds must have two front wheels and one rear wheel. In practice, only vehicles such as hot dog and ice cream carts and cargo mopeds intended to transport goods can be classified as cargo mopeds.
The driver of a cargo moped need not wear a helmet. The passenger sitting behind the driver is also not required to wear a helmet. However, if the passenger sits in front of the driver, the passenger is required to wear a helmet.
No passengers may be carried in the cargo space.
