Right turn goes for left turn

By right before left, we mean that if you want to turn right at a junction and from the opposite direction comes a driver who wants to turn left that this driver has to let you go first. In other words, the short turn goes before the long turn.

Tram drivers do not have to give way to oncoming drivers who want to turn right when they turn left.

The yellow car turns right. The moped rider wants to turn left at the same junction and so has to let go the yellow car first.

The blue car turns right. The yellow car must give way to the blue car, it does not matter that there are signs controlling the right of way. Note this does not apply on a bending priority road.
