Parking – on the carriageway of a priority road outside the built-up area

Read well! Because what exactly does it say here? It is forbidden to park on the carriageway of a priority road outside built-up areas. So that means you are not allowed to park on the carriageway! But you are allowed to park on the verge. You are also allowed to park on an ordinary road outside a built-up area.

Here, the car is NOT parked on the carriageway. This is permitted because it is not on the carriageway!
