Military convoy

A military convoy has no special rights of way. However, road users are not allowed to cut across a military column; this applies only at equivalent intersections.

A military convoy does not have to give way to pedestrians and drivers of  vehicles for the disabled who cross at a pedestrian crossing or are apparently about to do so. However, a military column must give way to blind persons equipped with a white stick with one or more red rings, and otherwise to all persons who have difficulty moving.

If a military convoy has started at a green traffic light, the convoy may continue driving when the traffic light has turned red.

Within built-up areas, a military convoy need not give bus drivers the opportunity to drive away from a bus stop if the driver of that bus indicates his intention to drive away by giving a signal with his direction indicator.

The military convoy has not yet started to cross the junction. The military convoy is coming from the left and you have the right of way in this case so you are allowed to continue.

In the situation on the left, the military convoy is already crossing the junction. You may not cut through the military convoy now.

If a military convoy has started at a green traffic light, the convoy may continue if the traffic light has turned red.

If you have ended up among a military convoy, you do not suddenly turn into a soldier. So you cannot start adopting the rules of a military convoy. So for you, if the traffic light is red, you just have to stop.
So in the situation on the left, the yellow car has to stop for the red traffic light. The traffic light is green for the blue car so it can simply drive on.
