No thoroughfare indication

The sign in the picture applies to all vehicles, riders, handlers of riding or draught animals and livestock.

Since a no thoroughfare indication includes use of the road, it means that this sign is also violated when the vehicle is parked. In such cases, the driver is usually not present with the vehicle. A fine always follows. Even if you say you pushed the car into this road. Simply because you are NOT allowed to use this road.
