Cycle/moped path

If there is no bicycle/moped path, moped riders drive on the carriageway. On the carriageway, the speed limit for mopeds is 45 kilometers per hour. Moped riders are directed to a moped path by the white sign with the red image of a moped.

A bicycle/moped path is separated from the carriageway.
Cyclists, snorfiets riders, and moped riders must ride on the mandatory bicycle/moped path.
Pedestrians may walk on the mandatory bicycle/moped path if there is no pavement or footpath.
Drivers of disabled vehicles are allowed to use a mandatory bicycle/moped path.
Horse riders are not allowed to use a mandatory bicycle/moped path.
A bicycle/moped path can be encountered inside and outside built-up areas.
