Stopping – on bicycle lanes and on the carriageway next to a bicycle lane

It is not allowed to stand still on a bicycle lane. It does not matter whether it is a bicycle lane with a broken or a solid line.
Standing still on a bicycle lane is not allowed because you will unnecessarily hinder cyclists. When you stop on a bicycle lane, the cyclists on the bicycle lane have to drive around you. This can lead to dangerous situations as cyclists do not always pay attention to traffic behind them when swerve.
It is also not allowed to stand still on the carriageway alongside a bicycle lane. By doing so, you unnecessarily obstruct other traffic. By doing so, you completely block the lane and drivers behind you have to cross the lane for traffic from the opposite direction which can lead to dangerous situations.
Stopping in a parking space next to a bicycle lane, as shown, is allowed.

There is no image of a bicycle in the picture. It is therefore not a bicycle lane, but a suggestion lane. Stopping and parking on a suggestion lane is allowed!
