Overtaking just before or on a pedestrian crossing

By law, you cannot overtake vehicles just before or at a pedestrian crossing. Of course, if a vehicle is stopped in front of a pedestrian crossing to let a pedestrian cross, it is crazy to overtake. How often this does happen in practice is not normal. Pedestrians are not sure of their lives because of this kind of anti-social behavior, even though they are really allowed to cross without being in mortal danger.

Remember that a cyclist is also a vehicle. You are also not allowed to overtake a cyclist just before or on a pedestrian crossing. Not even if the cyclist is riding on a bicycle lane as shown.

A small mistake by the legislator is that it writes that you are not allowed to overtake vehicles just before or on a pedestrian crossing. Indeed, this means that you are not allowed to overtake cyclists either, which is still understandable. But you would be allowed to overtake 1 or more horses, because a horse is not a vehicle, is it?
