Introduction of giving way when turning

Only going straight, or only driving in circles is common in motorsport. While driving, you will regularly have to turn right or left.
It is then recommended that you are aware of how to give direction, get in the right lane and who is allowed to get in front in certain situations.
It is not a legal requirement to get in lane if you want to turn left, however, it is recommended in a lot of situations. This is with regard to traffic flow and road safety. You can read how best to do this on the following pages.
